At Medlytic, we're aiming to set a new standard for how healthcare and complex organizations implement IT solutions both nationally and internationally. Currently, we're looking for a dedicated and experienced Tech Lead/CTO who will be a central driving force in building and scaling Medlytic and our change management software.

About Medlytic:

While procurement processes are often tightly regulated, there remains significant potential for improvement in many sectors when it comes to the actual implementation, project execution, and realization of benefits.The investment has already been made; implementation is about maximizing its value. That's why Medlytic is developing a combination of employee engagement and project management: a change management software. 

Our software automates the process of collecting and managing data from users, organizations, and IT vendors - as well as the work of analysis and identifying actions. This enables users like healthcare professionals to provide feedback anonymously and easily at all stages of an implementation, allowing project groups and leaders to focus on value-adding tasks and act quickly where needed. Additionally, we aim to take it a step further and identify focus areas ahead of the implementation using predictive analyses.

We've successfully validated our MVP in collaboration with several hospitals during their implementation of artificial intelligence. With this achievement, we are positioned to accelerate our growth and product development. We are currently searching for a skilled and experienced team player to join us in driving the company and product forward.

About the Role:

This essential role emerges at a critical juncture, aligning perfectly with Medlytic's preparations for a substantial growth phase. You will actively contribute to shaping the core elements of both the product and the company during this defining stage.

• Own and communicate product strategy, data strategy, architecture, and tech stack

• Build and maintain a robust and scalable platform

• Translate customer needs into roadmaps for internal and external developers, designers, and data specialists

• Prioritize, plan, and be responsible for delivery - but also be hands-on and participating in coding with the team

• Own and continuously improve data flow, database, and performance

• Utilize data and predictive models to enhance products and services

• Participate in company strategy, go-to-market, fundraising, organizational development, etc.

About You:

You not only have significant technical expertise across software development, data, and ideally AI, but are also passionate about making a difference. You have a problem-solving mindset, and a drive to figure out things you don’t yet know.

• Solid experience leading technical resources and projects

• Experience from startups/scale-ups, and thrive in a hectic environment

• Deeply engaged in user experience and curious about new technologies

• Good understanding of the role of privacy, security, and risk

• Strong collaboration skills, great at building trust with internal and external stakeholders

• Handle complexity, uncertainty, and time pressure well, comfortable making difficult decisions and prioritizing to achieve the best result
