Quickorder er et moderne all-in-one restaurantsystem, som kombinerer kassesystem, mobilbestilling, digitalt menukort, takeaway, bordbooking og vagtplanlægning. Vi har kunder fra street food til kæder, restaurant samt caféer.

 

Kundeservice-teamet og dine opgaver:

Jobbet består i at give verdensklasse kundeservice til vores kunder, via telefon, email samt chat.

Vi har kunder i både Danmark, Norge samt Sverige og Finland.

Quickorder har kontor i både Danmark og Norge, og vi har et tæt samarbejde på tværs af landene. Teamet er småt, men arbejdsopgaverne er mange, og du vil få god mulighed for at sætte dit præg på afdelingen.

Din vigtigste opgave er at yde kundeservice samt teknisk support på alle vore produkter.

Vi har 24/7 teknisk support, men vi forstiller os at vores nye kollega primært vil arbejde i dagstimerne, samt enkelte aften- og weekendvagter.

 

Erfaring er ikke alt afgørende, men vi ser gerne at du kan nikke genkendende til følgende:

  • Taler dansk og engelsk

  • God til at kommunikere i øjenhøjde

  • Empatisk, ansvarlig og tålmodig

Quickorder provides an end-2-end solution for restaurants and cafes consisting of POS, Online ordering, schedule planning and table booking.
