SynergyXR is a powerful no-code XR platform that helps companies train, educate, collaborate, and share big ideas in augmented and virtual reality. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing and growth plans that support and drive sales and increase brand awareness in the B2B SaaS metaverse technology space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B and growth marketing and a deep understanding of the tech industry.

What you’ll do here:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Oversee the development and management of all marketing materials and content, including website, social media, email, webinars, podcasts, PR, and events.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to a marketing strategy and tactics.

• Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans and initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and media contacts.

• Work with a broad martech stack incl. Hubspot, Wordpress, Canva, MS Office, Teams, Clickup, Google Suite, Vimeo, Phantom Buster, LinkedIn, Youtube, FB, etc.

• Be a part of the management team and report on the progress of the marketing roadmap during weekly meetings and quarterly board meetings.

  
  

Let’s talk if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology industry

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent English is a must).

• Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Experience with leading growth in startups.

• Familiarity with the Metaverse and technology industry is a plus.
