xNomad is a marketplace for popup stores that connects brands with unique retail & vacant pop up spaces.

There are at least 20.000 vacant spaces in Sweden right now and our goal is to fill these spaces with amazing pop up experiences. 1/12 spaces globally are estimated to be empty. Retail is currently going through a transformation and we at xNomad believe that pop-up is the future of retail. The work we do will revitalize and keep our city alive and buzzing.

We partner with innovative and exciting brands such as Voi, Hedvig, Warner Bros, TanRevel, VanMoof and New Balance.

The position

We are looking for a creative Content associate to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content which will help xNomad reach its overarching goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices. This includes responsibility for production and editing of photos and video with a focus on creative and engaging content, to be used across social media channels and the website.

What you’ll do:

• Day to day photography – maximise and use all opportunities to take natural and authentic photos during video shoots

• Responsible for all real estate photography

• Responsible for production of content

• Create engaging content for xNomads social media channels, this includes photography, video creation and digital design

• Work with xNomads Marketing team to support our communications plan and authenticity strategy.

• Working with the rest of xNomads marketing team and taking responsibility to develop and update our website with photography. This will include the gallery section and photographs on web page headers and web pages

• Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media

• Build a following on social media

Who you are:

• Proficiency working with editing programs (e.g. Adobe Photo-shop)

• Proficiency using video, audio and lighting equipment

• Have a strong understanding of other areas within a Photography studio, such as retouching and styling

• Excellent communication skills in order to take direction from various stakeholders

• Ability to effectively manage workloads in a fast-paced environment is a must

• Strong organization skills, with a pro-active attitude

• Excellent ability to take initiative, as well as work collaboratively as part of a wider team
