What we’re looking for
We are looking for a growth-minded sales manager who will help us scale international sales and ensure strong customer product input. While much still remains to build, we are getting very positive feedback from both existing and potential customers that our software is what they’ve been looking for - what a privilege as a young company!
As our sales manager you will work closely with both CEO Harald Olderheim and COO Even Kvelland in building and converting our sales pipeline. Hungry, empathetic and product-focused are keywords to describe you.
Responsibilities
Own the sales cycle from lead identification to deal close
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
Act as a voice of the customer to influence product development
Drill down to understand the customer’s pain points and how we may solve them
Help craft go-to-market strategies for new markets with business development colleagues
Work with the marketing team to optimize inbound and outbound customer engagement
Prolific networking to build relationships across the solar industry
Attend conferences and trade shows
Create the company’s sales playbook and get us ready to scale the sales team
About you

Qualifications
3+ years of relevant B2B sales experience
An international mindset with an interest in understanding a diverse target audience
Experience with/interest for renewable energy
Excellent communication skills, oral and written (English)
Experience with CRM (we use Hubspot) and sales analytics
Creative, analytical and a go-getter attitude
Roll up your sleeve-mentality where you contribute where needed
Proven record of building and scaling based on early traction
