About us:
Virotea is a startup company rooted in social sustainability aiming to improve and provide an more meaningful life of those dependent on health and social services. Our services are based on Virtual Reality (VR) and are currently in use at several nursing homes and group homes (LSS). Using VR, the residents may travel the world digitally and bring a neighbour to see Paris for example.
Virotea is currently expanding by developing new services aimed towards different markets where we, using VR, are creating value to those operating in health and social services.
Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for our digital presence and strategy.
About the position:
The role as B2B Marketing Manager at Virotea is a wide-ranging market role focusing on lead generation, CRO and B2B sales. You’ll be the link between marketing and B2B sales.
You want to be responsible for continuously analyzing and evaluating the results from our different channels and are able to come up with suggestions for improvement and execution of the solution.
We’re a startup company and a small team, which means you’ll have a wide-ranging role - you’ll be more of a generalist than a specialist. You know how to work with social media and websites and enjoy writing and creative work. You’ll participate at events and meetings, both large and small. You’ll also have an overall understanding of many aspects of our marketing, and we’d like you to have a genuine curiosity for learning. You will:
Conduct marketing activities
Produce marketing material (images and text)
Be responsible for updating our website and social media channels
Writing our newsletters
Assist at events and larger meetings
Formulate and produce advertisement material
Follow up and present advertisement results
Lead generation
Publish press releases
Co-create concepts linked to our marketing activities
Create customer cases
We’re looking for you who:
Have a relevant education in marketing. The most important part is who you are, your incentive and your skills, which takes precedence of your experience. We’re guessing you’ve recently graduated or have been employed in a similar position the last 1-3 years and are now looking for new challenges.
We’re operating from Sweden, but we’re aiming towards the international market which is why it’s important for you to be highly proficient in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
The most important thing is that you take initiative and make some noise, present new ideas and are dedicated to your role. We’re a startup company looking to grow, which demands you to be comfortable in an entrepreneurial and ever-changing enterprise. We’re assembling a team and are hoping you’re a team player. As a person, you are creative, communicative, on your toes and eager to take initiative - you make stuff happen! You find it easy to express yourself in writing and enjoy working visually with colors and design. You have no problem being flexible, like working with several tasks simultaneously and find it easy to shift your focus and re-think your priorities with short notice.
