Activity Stream is a SaaS company that allows Live Entertainment companies to understand, identify and activate their clients. We work with theatres, music venues, and sports clubs to turn their dull data into actionable insights that can improve efficiency in day-to-day operations and boost business. We are one of a kind, and are thus growing rapidly.

We are rapidly growing in the Live Entertainment market, expanding in the USA and penetrating more of the European Market.

Our recent acquisitions of crowdEngae and Yesplan have increased the value of our products and opened up new opportunities.

What will you do?

You will be working with a variety of tasks within marketing, communication, and process optimization, where the overall goal is to create smooth marketing processes and test them before our engineers incorporate them in the product. 

Furthermore, we want to create best practices about how to best handle marketing processes in our company.

In close cooperation with the Marketing and Customer Success departments, you will provide marketing services to stakeholders across the company. We expect you to be able to work 10-15 hours a week and to be able to work for less than 30 minutes, some weekends.

 

Here are some of the tasks you will be doing:

  • Assist in the creation of our client’s marketing campaigns 

  • Monitor the results of their marketing campaigns

  • Provide insight to the Customer Success team about how our clients can improve their marketing campaigns

  • Manage and improve the processes behind marketing email campaigns.

 

What is your qualification?

You love marketing and processes, and you have an affection for optimization and organization.

 

In addition, you may:

  • have been studying marketing/communication for 1-2 years

  • possess a strong interest in marketing processes

  • have strong communication- and writing skills

  • have an interest and some experience in digital marketing

  • be eager to learn new systems 

  • are customer-centric

  • have an interest in creating insights
