We are looking for the right person with the right attitude. With us you will have the possibility to come build a modern marketing agency, focusing on customer data, owned media and empowering inhouse marketing teams. Your role would be to design data collection, run research and dig deep into new and existing data to provide our customers with insight. 

Have you always thought that things could be done better/more customer friendly/in a new way? We give you the space to develop those ideas! The right person for this role provides our customers with an understanding of brand positioning, customer segments and potential target groups using both quantitative and qualitative methods. An understanding of marketing technologies such as CRM, CDP, and marketing automation tools is helpful, but if necessary, we’ll introduce you to that world. A general understanding and experience of marketing your own media is also a plus.

We help our customers with digitalisation, marketing strategies, technologies that strengthen the customer experience and marketing processes, among other things. We believe in agile methods. Typically, we help our clients with the strategic issues of marketing, digitalization and data, but we also help to put the strategy all the way to practice.

Our office is conveniently located in Helsinki on the edge of Ruttopuisto (there’s a hub for city bikes right infront!). However, work can be done flexibly where it feels best.
