Long story short – Lime Go is becoming its own organization operating aside from Lime Technologies giving us the possibility of behaving like a startup, without any financial or economical risk for you as an individual. Your tasks being a part of our team🛠
You will work closely with product/dev, sales, marketing, and support to find improvement areas for the product and help customers get maximal usage of our awesome product.
Onboarding of new, bigger accounts
Upselling on existing customers
Churn prevention and license retention
Analyzing user patterns and set up actions to optimize usage, product adoption through product tours etc.
Being the customers advocate towards the product team, filtering feedback
Educating and spread knowledge about new features
Engaging users through our community, webinars, gamification, and certification diplomas

Lime is the market leader in the Nordics in regards to CRM. Now, Lime Go will become its own company operating aside from the Lime.
Lime Go is a Swedish CRM system and a smart sales tool for small and medium-sized businesses. Currently, we have 1600 customers in Sweden, Norway & Denmark but our goal is to become a best-in-class scalable CRM-choice for ambitious companies in Europe, within a couple of years.

We are an ambitious team of 5 people, and now we want our second customer success manager to help us grow the product. The end goal is to own everything internally within the Lime Go team, you being a central part in how we work with existing customers and their usage.
We have aggressive growth goals, aiming to become the obvious CRM for SMB companies in Europe within a couple of years. Confident in reaching those goals, we’d love to have you onboard as a key part of our team.

Fluent in English and Swedish. Bonus if Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German or Dutch
Sales colleagues in Stockholm. Development in Lund. Our customers are in the Nordics (for now;))

Then you’ll get a case assignment to show off your skills.
After that, you will have a more in depth-interview with one or multiple people at Lime
Last but not least, you get to meet our Lime Group CEO (Nils).
