Easysize is a B2B SaaS company working with (direct-to-consumer) online fashion brands around the world. Our products help brands decrease online returns, boost sales and run more sustainable operations by utilising the data they have and helping them become more data-driven. We are looking for a creative and passionate person to lead our People Experience and help us to build the world-class remote work environment. We value professional, fun, curious, out-of-the-box thinkers. This position is the first permanent position within our HR team, and a person who can thrive in this role needs to be extremely hands-on, a self-starter, a multitasker, a collaborator, and a visionary. In this role, you’ll be planning and executing our employee experience strategy and will have the impactful role of continuing to shape and grow our culture.

This is a remote position, that can be part-time eventually becoming a full-time position by mid-2022.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage employee policies suitable for remote work and employees working globally

  • Build and manage an employee wellbeing strategy aligned with our culture and business needs

  • Create a company-wide compensation and employee assessment strategy

  • Set up processes for ongoing self development initiatives for employees

  • Collaborate with other team members to create better processes for managing PTO, bonuses, payroll etc.

  • Monitor employee experience via surveys, emails, etc to ensure you have your finger on the pulse of the mood and vibes

  • Lead recruiting initiatives

  • Onboard new employees and set up processes for scalable and smooth onboarding experience

  • Serve as the point of contact for employees – navigating the variety of goals and challenges that impact their work experience

  • Collaborate with the management team on further improvements of the culture, employee wellbeing and hiring plans


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years in people ops, HR and welfare/wellbeing roles – ideally in tech companies

  • Deep understanding of remote work and ability to follow latest legal and industry changes

  • Previous experience building HR / People ops departments and initiative from the ground up

  • Excellent English, both verbal and written required

  • Experience in planning, managing, and executing welfare activities

  • A creative attitude, an ability to multitask, and a hands-on approach 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Excellent with budget management and procurement

  • Experience in B2B SaaS business and / or e-commerce
