Your qualifications

  • Professional experience within the area of GRC and preferably but not required in one or more of the following areas SustainabilityRisk ManagementData Privacy, or Information Security Management

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills with customers as well as strong partnerships

  • Work collaborative in a team environment and with different type of partnerships

  • A commercial mindset to drive sales efficiency within a partner channel   

  • Eager to develop and learn continuously in a fast-paced culture

  • A solid toolbox within project management and a structured approach to problem solving

  • Master’s degree with strong academic results


Your team

You will become part of RISMA’s Partnership Team consisting of two previous management consultants and a previous commercial director all eager to succeed and make a difference. GRC has become more relevant than ever and the perception of GRC on management level is changing to becoming a license to operate and beyond moving into being a competitive advantage by being a good corporate citizen. We are currently on a fast growth journey and developing go-to-market strategies with our partners across different partner-verticals within consulting, assurance, legal and engineering. We are working side-by-side with our partners to optimize and transform the way our customers work with governance, risk and compliance activities enabled by our software. Furthermore, we support our partners with training- and sales material, pipeline management, marketing campaigns and customer meetings. We believe that 1 plus 1 equal 3 and steep a learning curve is a key factor for a high-performing team. We will invest our time and energy in advancing your development and do our utmost to integrate you in our company. Your responsibilities

At RISMA we believe in leadership at all levels and fostering a culture that encourage you to take the lead of your own development with the right guidance and support. The exact role will depend on your skillset, seniority, development, and customer needs, but the common denominator will be the opportunity to drive and lead partnerships within one or more of the partner-verticals and drive business development both commercially and contently within the areas of your expertise. Tasks will include:

  • Co-create go-to-market activities and value propositions with our partners and marketing department

  • Drive sales efficiency within a partner channel

  • Continuously strengthen and develop the solutions within your areas of expertise to maximize customer value

  • Take lead within one of the partner-verticals to drive the continuous dialogue and sales activities

  • Develop sales and training material including onboarding of new and existing partners

  • Facilitate and participate in customer meetings together with our partners and be part of the customer journey from pre-sales to post-implementation.
