Your Mission

As a Head of Sales at 7Analytics, you will be responsible for scaling the Floodcube solution and our unique ecosystem platform, both domestic and internationally. You will also support the organization through several major milestones. You’ll partner closely with our commercial team to map out potential customer, create business models for new markets and continuously develop our Saas library business model. Your day-to-day will include optimizing for customer growth, performing sales presentations for clients and at seminars, together with more general sales and marketing efforts.


As 7Analytics Head of Sales, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generate sales: Leverage your existing network, source leads, conduct product demos, negotiate, and close new deals. Build and manage a solid funnel of B2B clients.

  • International scaling: Drive increased sales revenue from new markets and broaden the partner base.

  • Market Insight: Investigate markets and regions for new business opportunities and develop good understanding on market trends and competitor movements.

  • Talent mapping & restructuring: You will partner with the Management Team to make necessary structural changes to the sales group, and help build the world best sales team.


Nice to have:

  • Start-up / B2B / Relevant Industry experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process from start to close

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise within relevant industries

  • Willing to challenge the status quo in order to establish new go-to-market prospects

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in Norwegian and English
