Players 1st is a sports tech company working in the Customer Experience field. We provide the leading customer experience solution for golf clubs in the world and have now expanded to other sports. We have over 2500 sports clubs spread across 20 countries.

During 2021 we have been fortunate enough to grow and expand into a lot of new exciting markets and 2022 is looking even better! To ensure that we properly take care of our customers and ensure their success, we want to start up our first customer success role.

So what is the job?

• Research and set up different customer segments and find out what success is for them

• Create automatic customer success flows in Intercom with different focus areas, such as:

  • Onboarding

  • User adoption

  • Milestones

• Push information to customers about new features

• Create campaigns for new products and sales opportunities

• Initiatives you think will make success happen for sports clubs using our system

About you

• Located near Aarhus, as sometimes it's great to meet up, however, you can work from home the majority of the time

• You are self-driven and curious enough to want to explore and test different solutions for what success is as a customer at Players 1st

• Knowledge of Intercom is a plus, but not a must.

• If you have an interest in Golf that is always a plus!

• You're well written and spoken in English, as that is what 99% of the content will be. Bonus points If you're also able to write/speak in one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, French, Spanish, Dutch or German.

The practical
