The Opportunity
We are looking for an outgoing person who is confident in reaching clients by phone, email, or stepping into their physical stores around Europe.
You will be responsible for hitting hard KPIs through effective modern and digital-first sales methods.

Furthermore, you are passionate about converting leads into professional relationships.
Previous experience within start-ups, business development, relationship management, is valued, but more importantly that you have experience within hardcore sales.

Your Main Responsibilities
Sales, sales and sales
Qualify leads and build relationships with potential customers
Reach out to potential customers, book meetings, and converting leads to clients
Reach and exceed monthly and quarterly goals
Become an expert in our brand, business, and product
Be responsible for researching and building lead pipelines
Planning, evaluating, and reporting on the work of the team
We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following requirements.
Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenue within B2B digital-first sales
Organized and structured, team player, ambitious, ready to take responsibility for your and your teams’ results
Experienced in the entire sales process from cold canvas (phone and email) to closed agreements
Previous experience in Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
Results-oriented, pro-data, and CRM
Ability to work independently
Proactive, energized, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Passionate about building and/or developing your career in sales
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Fluency in written and spoken English
