About you

You have waaay more good days than bad ones! You're energetic, and likes to be entrepreneurial. You are always "up for it", and have a “lets goo” attitude. You are ambitious, proactive, and love having your own projects, and milestones. Fast-paced environments inspire you!

Personally, you are driven by results, and you eat growth for breakfast - you still keep up with KPIs and performance dashboards are your favorite bookmarks on your laptop.

You believe in great communication, and enjoys having more people to work with you during the day. Your ambitions are high - and you therefore find it extremely awesome to be able to be part of driving hyper growth, be strategic, and think out of the box at all times. 

The role and responsibilities

As our new Marketing Manager you will with the founders to increase performance in all our digital marketing channels. At HJAELP we do stuff together, and solo, but you will be working closely with management and global, leading agencies.

Your tasks will include:

• Managing and optimising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, and Google Ads on a daily basis. 

• Responsibility for budget and allocation across paid media.

• Planning campaigns and reporting across channels and markets. 

• Executing paid social media, video and display campaigns, with partner agencies.

• Managing relations with external media and performance agencies

• Proactively sharing and collaborating on strategies, findings and key insights with different stakeholders, such as the HJAELP Core Team and agencies. 

• Identifying opportunities in new channels, new creatives and new ways to improve and scale performance.

Your profile

• If you have a marketing degree, or you’ve learnt by doing - it really doesn’t matter to ud. It's important that you're a data-driven do’er who lives and breathes digital marketing. 

• You have experience within relevant marketing. If you have experience working in a digital startup, business, or from an agency, it is a plus!

• It is a plus if you have experience with app marketing and tracking. 

• You are well-versed in most marketing tools

• It is awesome if you have experience using Appsflyer or another app tracking system.
