We are seeking eager sales development representatives to assist us in expanding our customer base. The responsibilities of this role include generating leads, soliciting potential customers, and facilitating sales ultimately connecting our product and services to potential customers. This role is a great stepping stone for a junior sales professional looking for a company to grow with. 


As part of our global sales team at Minna, your main areas of contribution as an SDR would be:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in our various markets

  • Utilising tools as Linkedin to map out stakeholders and approach these together with our Account Executives

  • Find new sales channels to increase lead generation and sales

  • Supporting qualifying leads and potential customers enabling us to target the right accounts 

  • Over time take on more responsibilities and be more engaging with our potential customers 

  

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field

  • Shows great ability to map out stakeholders and understand where decisions are made

  • Is a team player keen to enable their colleagues within the sales team as well as the wider company

  • Enjoys interactions and prefers to work in a team

 

What would make you stand out:

  • Experience from Financial Technology or enterprise SaaS

  • Proven track record from similar roles

  • Additional language skills
