Hunome (Hunomics Ltd) helps humanity make sense of itself. We are a startup and commercially experienced, team of 13 with diverse backgrounds and nationalities.

We are at an exciting stage in our journey, having launched Hunome in April 2021. 

We’re now looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist whose passion for doing things differently will help us super-charge our marketing funnel. Your experience in growth marketing, ability to think outside the box, and a keen understanding of our product, will help us drive traction at our early stage. 

You will report into the CMO on a day to day basis, while also working closely with the CEO, the design and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Working as a pivotal member of the growth team developing and implementing ideas for traction that are suitable for our early adopter audience

• Creatively expressing our message via the appropriate channels e.g. organic social, email

• Optimizing our on and offline brand by leveraging long tail SEO

• Plugging into analytics to monitor and report on performance, shaping ongoing marketing activity

Skills:

• Growth marketing experience beyond paid social - the ability to develop and tailor ideas appropriate for Hunome

• Good practical understanding of SEO

• Exemplary written English - you will be asked to provide examples of your written work if you are invited to interview

• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions from the numbers

• Hunger to develop and manage your own workload based on the business and marketing priorities

• A good grasp of marketing tools such as WordPress, GA, Hootsuite, MailChimp, preferable.

• You’re passionate about what you know and while you might not have all the answers, you’re keen to find out

• You’re open and honest in your approach and accountable for what you do

• You’ll roll up your sleeves and lend your expertise where needed to deliver the best results for Hunome

• Experience in startups would be a great addition

Working Conditions: 

• 20hrs per week on average, arranged flexibly

• Remote team - mostly living in Helsinki, Finland (but also outside of Finland)

• English is our working language

At the moment, we cannot be a sponsor of a work permit. If you wish to work in Finland, applicants should hold a work permit valid until (at least) mid 2022.
