We are looking for a Co-founder - Head of Digital Marketing & Growth who is passionate about social media and driving user growth and engagement with an entrepreneurial mindset.

We prefer full-time employee but in the beginning you can work part-time with minimum 20 hours per week.

FitnessBet is an early-stage startup in Health & Fitness that helps users to boost their motivation to workout and stay connected by creating public/private fun group challenge with friends and family, and potentially reward themselves with cash prizes.

Our technology connects users' fitness tracker devices (e.g. Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin) to track and monitor their daily active calorie burn & personalize their fitness goal.

Who you are

As a Head of Digital Marketing and Growth at FitnessBet you will work closely with the CEO to lead and run the development of our business.

You will define and set our digital marketing and user growth strategy. You are a quick learner, a curious and creative doer, an open-minded problem solver with a passion for startups.

Your responsibilities

• Focus on growing the customer base, engaging and retaining them

• Define, grow and measure metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• Collect & Analyze the data and users’ feedback

• Develop creative and effective social media content across multiple platforms that promotes community growth, user engagement

• Build email marketing and user growth campaigns

• Experiment with different channels and find new areas to expand our marketing activities, owning execution, analysis, and scaling the best opportunities

• Rigorously test hypotheses (e.g A/B testing) and use data to drive decisions, including implementing the necessary analytical frameworks and reporting mechanisms to measure and drive success

  
  

We are looking for someone who

• Has 3+ years experience of modern marketing

• Understands our market and customers

• Is data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical abilities: you can pull your own data to answer your questions, develop insights and take actions from that data

• Has experience with mobile app, A/B Testing, SEO, mobile app optimization (ASO)

• Has experience across a variety of channels including social media, influencers, podcast

• Has editing, copywriting and communication skills

• Has high proficiency with app analytics tools such as AppAnnie, Google Analytic

• Is a team player – but enjoys working independently

• Is fluent in English (Swedish is a bonus)
