Clutch is a B2C SaaS startup on a mission to turn every smartphone into the world's best virtual coach for racket sports. All athletes need to do is to set up their phone to record while they play and our AI does the work.

About the role

We are looking for a brilliant iOS engineer to lead the development of the Clutch app. You will be a key team member on Clutch's mission to build an AI-powered virtual coach and social network for the world of racket sports.

We're doing on-device AI processing and you should therefore either have some experience with machine learning and CoreML or have the ability to quickly pick it up.

You will do hands-on coding and collaborate closely with the rest of the team to deliver an amazing product to our early beta users. You will also be working closely with our superstar UI/UX designer to build a beautifully designed product that provides our early users with a great user experience.

We have built a working prototype fully integrated in Amazon Web Services (Lambda, EC2, S3 and RDS) using Django. We are early in our product journey so you will have the opportunity to help us make a range of strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience developing great mobile apps in iOS

• Experience with databases.

• Great at understanding how users interact with the app and experimenting with A/B testing throughout the release of a product

• Highly ambitious, self-motivated and a great team player

• Passion for creating excellent products with a delightful user experience

• The ability to lead and attract other smart and talented engineers like yourself
