We are currently searching for a passionate Node.js developer, who would join our young team of versatile back-end and front-end developers. Salary and position will vary on your interests, skills and how much responsibility you are willing to take.

Role

As a key member of Kanpla's tech team, you will help strengthen core functions and extend and maintain our data warehouse and its connection with our apps, which are daily used by dozens kitchen partners and thousands of end users. You will be working closely with the tech team as well as with the sales team. Your decisions and work will have a high impact on the product and development processes, with a short and direct route from idea to production. You will take action in development of new features and improving the current ones.

You will...

• Work with Node.js, Typescript and Firebase 🔥

• Build data-processing server functionalities and integrate them to our front-end Next.js apps 📊

• Re-define and improve the current system as we scale-up 🔨

• Master and become responsible for certain areas of the product 🧳

You have...

• Good level of Node.js, Typescript, server-side skills, and Google Cloud Platform

• Good product sense, interest and opinion on what you are building

• Understanding of agile methodologies, source control and third-party APIs.

• A generalist mindset, ready to learn new technologies on the fly

• Focus on product quality, clean-code and long-term vision

It's a plus if you have...

• Cloud development/architecture experience ☁️

• Putting effort into writing quality code for new and existing features 👨‍💻
