Job Description

You will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company. 

You will plan, manage, lead, code, test and communicate. You have a motivation, hungry and ambition for the company and customer success with the growing team.

Responsibilities: 

In Operative role;

• Ensuring the quality of code and timeline of the whole Team

• Design, Plan, develop and maintain the Great Product

• Solving the big problems into managable product architecture

• Write the clear, bug free code

• Ensure that users are happy.

In Leading/strategic role;

• Setting a vision for how and what technology(ies) will be used in the company in Platform in short and long term

• Ensuring that the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs within the budget and with help of recruitment and management team.

• Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services with Project Manager(s)

• Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements. 

• Acting as a mentor to team members.

• Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivering of IT projects to market. 

• Managing technology budgets and time frames. 

• Staying on top of technology trends and developments. 

• Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards. 

New colleague profile

CTO co founder Requirements: 

• Masters or Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field. 

• +6 years working in a technological role. 

• Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology. Specially in Front end.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Finnish(not a must, but prefered)

• Ability to delegate efficiently

• Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future, generalist with willing to learn

• Prefered technology skills,interest areas and know- how (some of the skills in the list);
