We are hiring an experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager to organize, coordinate and lead various product initiatives. You'll provide strategic guidance and planning to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level project/program plans. As a natural-born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation.

What will you be doing?

  • Working cross-functionally with product owners, executive leadership, and their relevant, auxiliary teams;

  • Formulating, overseeing, guiding, and promoting coordination between assigned teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timing for new initiatives;

  • Communicating, negotiating, and problem-solving with stakeholders;

  • Leading and evaluating available resources dedicated to the project scope;

  • Directing the project planning process and tracking the project progress against a project plan;

  • Developing and controlling deadlines, budgets and activities;

  • Estimating and planning projects from start to finish together with various teams;

  • Communicating regularly on status, potential risks, and project progress;

  • Preparing project and program reports, developing and maintaining documentation;

  • Managing day-to-day operations of multiple service teams;

  • Managing and allocating resources (fully dedicated as well as part-time allocation requests and scope management);

  • Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming project risks, and producing program reports for management and stakeholders.


What are we looking for?

  • Upper Intermediate English or higher (B2+), both written and spoken;

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline;

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or other managerial position in project management;

  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods;

  • Comprehensive and thorough understanding of agile software development practices like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe;

  • Deep familiarity with and understanding of GSuite and all Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.);

  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes;

  • Good understanding of the SDLC;

  • Experience in requirement analysis, effort estimating, project scheduling, risk and change management;

  • Ability to collaborate with both business stakeholders and development teams.

  • Solid vs micro service based architectures;

  • Mobile App software development experience;

  • Scalability related issues management;

  • Proven technical leadership skills;

  • Understanding of AWS, CI/CD;

  • Experience with source control through Git;

  • Experience working at a rapidly growing startup.
