What is C-Cube?
We are a networking and co-production association, organised as a collective of active-creative people. Behind all our initiatives there is a social mission, especially towards having more multicultural communities in the world.
Core Values
We are a HUNGRY association working across different projects including artistic residences, data-collection for citizens, microgranting dinners, podcasting, and Erasmus+ youth exchanges
We are organised as a do-ocracy, which means that we all share leadership, we think laterally, and we support honesty and proactivity over smartness and credentials.
We are constantly growing and taking personal care of a diverse network of artists, entrepreneurs, project-makers, leaders and organizations, both locally and internationally
Who we want
We need you to have an agile attitude and a preference for action over speculation
We do not have a centralized boss-figure because we are built-up on personal agency
We value curiosity, and are sensible about the trial and error embedded in creative work
Tasks
You will focus on managing the visual communication and the multichannel output of C-Cube’s podcast and the Embassy project
We expect you to help us understanding new ways of getting our content across relevant platforms, and to boost our digital interactions with our stakeholders
We need you to have experience in Canva, Illustrator OR Affinity Designer in order to work with the Soup’s pipeline. You will have a lot of freedom and support to expand on these skills too.
We will gradually trust you to create a weekly content pipeline, which will also count with a budget for specific promos
