We’re a bold and visionary, yet down-to-earth and heart-centered, tech company based in Stockholm and we’re now looking for our Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team and take the lead of sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new team members.
Bower is a service that is loved in Sweden and our growth has been almost 100% organic. We are growing at a rapid rate and you will be a driving force to accelerate our growth even further.
1) End-to-end recruitment experience in roles of business, tech and operations in seniorities of CXO, senior and junior.
2) Experience working in a startup or scale-up especially within tech/product company
3) Experience with active headhunting and recruiting at a pace of handling five or more simultaneous recruitments all by yourself
4) Experience with job ad drafting, social media campaigning and employer branding enough to build inbound talent attraction infrastructure
5) Experience working with onboarding, employee engagement and organizational culture is a huge plus
