We are a small and fast growing company, looking to fill the newly created position as student assistant in our People & Culture efforts in Assembly Voting. We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated student to join our People & Culture team, and help make Assembly Voting a great place to work, where the environment is optimal for people to perform their best. You will be responsible for all tasks around the people of the Assembly Voting family and you will have lots of opportunities to affect our working processes and help us formalise them. You will be part of helping onboard and nurture our employees in our Copenhagen and London offices, with great opportunity to build solid knowledge of HR processes in an international company. As a part of the People & Culture efforts in Assembly Voting, you will take part in all tasks related to HR, which currently falls into three categories:
People tasks: Recruitment incl. job posts, screening of applications, applicant communication and planning interviews, all ensuring an amazing candidate experience to meet our hiring and growth goals. In addition assist on onboarding of new colleagues, initiatives for employee engagement, (and offboarding), work around formulating and enhancing a shared company culture, and organising events
Processes: Help develop our staff handbook, with workflow guides and policies, assist in setting up and working with contract management, performance management, and other ad-hoc HR tasks
Office management: office decoration and equipment, ordering supplies, equipment for employees, accounting tasks, payrolls, employee benefits, holiday coordination, administration etc.
You will be working closely with the management team to properly understand the hiring needs, and to ensure quality assessment through all stages of the recruitment process; job/role descriptions, search and screening of candidates, interviews and reference and background checks.
We can offer a part-time position with a competitive salary and other boons. The office is in Brøndby, just west of Copenhagen, and it is possible to work from home for some of the tasks.
