We need you!
We are looking for a Head of Growth to establish and lead all growth efforts at Zliide. You will be the first growth marketer on our team being part of a kick-ass team pushing the limit of what is possible within fashion retail every day. We are looking for someone who has hunger and curiosity, thrives in ambiguity, and isn’t afraid of learning what they don’t know. Your success in this role will directly impact our success as a company.
Responsibilities
Grow our volume of online shoppers through conventional and unconventional channels
Help us grow our traction both in-store and online
Create awareness around our brand for both B2C and B2B
End-to-end co-ownership of our marketing channels across paid search, paid social, affiliate, SEO, email, and referral—you will be part of strategizing, prioritizing, launching, and scaling these channels
Always be testing, iterating, and optimizing to squeeze efficiency from our marketing channels
Experience and Qualifications
Proven ability to personally drive growth/results/customers
Significant experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
Email marketing platform experience, affiliate marketing experience
Strong understanding of data analysis
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and find solutions with little to no direction
