Tise is a social marketplace in the Nordics. We have operations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland with the aim to make it easy, more fun and inspiring to sell and buy second hand. Tise has now over 1 600 000 registered users and we have great faith in making the world a little more sustainable continuing the growth. We do everything from coding to design and business development in-house. The Tise team now counts 40, and is expected to double in the next few years.

Customer Support Representative

As we are growing, we are experiencing an increase in support inquiries from our customers about our payment solution, app, webshop and other technical issues. We want to offer excellent customer support and are now looking for a friendly, helpful and tech-savvy person to further strengthen our Support team!

Who are we looking for?

• You are motivated to help people with their questions

• You demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication in English and a nordic language 

• You understand Norwegian, Danish and Swedish

• You have experience from a similar position

It’s a plus if you:

• Understand Finnish (as our Finnish market is growing rapidly)

• Live in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen or Helsinki (We are open to remote work, but prefer if you are connected to one of our offices) 

• Are familiar with Zendesk or other similar programs

• Can start as soon as possible
