Monsido is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Operations Specialist to take ownership of our marketing data and intelligence to improve our website performance, omni-channel marketing campaigns, digital targeting, and more.

As our new Marketing Operations Specialist you will report directly to our Marketing Director, and you’ll be working from our Danish HQ in Ballerup. You’ll be working within a team of 9 people with different nationalities and great collaboration. You’ll have the opportunity to optimize and take ownership of our marketing data and systems, and become Monsido’s marketing automation owner and go-to expert for conversion rate optimization.

Pave the path to success in this new role

• You will be responsible for Monsido’s marketing automation platform and framework - including proper campaign setup and data flows

• You will be the champion of our marketing database - including A/B testing, data enrichment, improve email performance based on data

• You will be responsible for optimizing our Conversion Rate across different stages of the funnel

• You will be our resident Google Tag Manager expert to build proper audiences for our digital marketing activities across paid search and paid social advertising 

• You will manage marketing-related projects as required, such as database data enrichment 

• You will become the marketing team’s go-to person for our Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot), Google Analytics, CMS (Joomla), as well as additional marketing technology over time

There is no perfect candidate, but these are some points we prefer

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience with marketing automation in a B2B setting (B2B SaaS is a plus!)

• You have worked in-depth with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or similar including managing the setup and/or maintenance of the platform, integration with CRM (Salesforce a plus!), as well as campaign management, automation rules, and lead scoring

• You have experience with CMS, e.g. Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress

• You have strong technical skills with a passion for marketing

• You possess full professional working proficiency in English 

• You probably have a degree in marketing, journalism, communications or have similar relevant experience
