We are a small diverse team working together to fulfil a single purpose: Increase sales of hybrid- and electric cars worldwide to curb the exacerbation on climate change and air pollution.
We provide a B2C and B2B marketplace (SaaS platform) in the automobile industry, focusing on hybrid- and electric cars. You don't have to be knowledgeable in the auto industry but good at the marketing/content part, creative, an avid learner for new approaches and curious as to how successful brands in other industries are doing.
We want you to help us build and expand a scalable international software platform through brand awareness and content and be part of a team with diverse profiles as well as backgrounds.
If you haven't tried to scale and grow a digital SaaS platform before. It's ok. Look around, be curious, learn and think differently. Life is too short to panic and lack confidence all the time - you'll do fine.
We expect you to be comfortable planning, developing, testing, launching, tracking and managing your own activities (e.g. campaigns, branding, content). We will review them together before, during and after to increase the likelihood of success. You should also be a knack for visual design (e.g. ads/content) and wording, somewhat having general business acumen is a plus but not a must for the time being.
We also expect you to be comfortable when there is no map or path to walk on and you're the one, with the guidance of the team, who has to lay it out - deep breath, everything will be fine. This might be learning by doing all the way.
Conduct market research to map target audience, describe personas and behaviours, determine needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy
Participate in creating brand marketing strategies
Research, plan and suggest print as well as online campaigns
Execute online campaigns
Collaborate with team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns
Create a marketing funnel (B2C as well as B2B - awareness, conversion, loyalty) and align with sales funnel
Create editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets
Produce a brand style guide that best captures the company or client's voice and mission
Review brand guidelines, goals, budget and timelines
Collaborate with graphic designers, web specialists, and other technical team members to create successful marketing campaigns
Use statistics, analytics and other tools to track the effectiveness of the marketing strategy as well as campaigns
Research successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn't and what can be improved
Review the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
Keep abreast of new marketing trends and developments
