Design Letters is a premium lifestyle brand developing and selling unique design products across multiple product categories and retail channels. We focus on where ”Make It Personal” makes a difference and where our product DNA has relevance. Our innovative, growing and highly entrepreneurial business, is expanding rapidly across especially Europe and Asia. The company is experiencing a rapid expansion online.

To build further momentum we are looking for a market place growth manager for our marketplaces to take this to next level. The main focus is Amazon.de but also other Amazon sites as well as Zalando is within scope. The KEY in this job is to scale commercially while maintaining our strong premium brand image.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

1. You will be resposinsble for all marketing activities on Amazon marketplace

2. Optimization of product assortment and marketing planning

3. Continuous develop and implement visual content and SEO content in close cooperation with our creative team.

4. Monitoring Market place performance

5. Identification and execution of improvement and development projects in cooperation with our management, automation team and ebusiness team

6. Ensure optimal prices in a hybrid vendor/seller model

7. Further develop relations with external partners to accelerate growth options

WHAT WE EXPECT

1. Experience with Amazon marketing on amazon marketplace

2. CURIOUS. Test new creatives, new structures all the time, with an ability to test out new ideas (and know where to get inspiration)

3. BRAND building. Understand what sets a brand apart in a cluttered distribution landscape.

4. Have a MEGA analytical mindset and a desire to evaluate success metrics (all your ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, CPL, CTR … ) and Master all things spreadsheets, pivot tables that sort of thing

5. Have an unemotional relationship to and a good eye for creatives and products as well as knowing how to make rational decisions purely based on performance (not necessarily on what looks nice)

6. Ambitious. WANT to make a difference.

7. Communicate well in English.
