In these roles you will take charge of expanding Gubbe’s service into new markets. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a high-growth company that is in the early stages of its success story.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Set up initial market launches and local framework when we take our service to new countries.
Run all aspects of our day-to-day operations in the market you own.
Ensure that Gubbe's recruiting & customer experience is developed to local market standards.
Work closely with our centralized team in Espoo.
WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
A problem-solving results oriented mindset that is focused on execution.
Ability to manage uncertainty and high expectations.
Great communication and representation skills.
A team player attitude with strong integrity and values.
Fluency in at least Swedish and English.
Familiar with Swedish culture.
Experience in working with growth companies.
Formative experience in a multidisciplinary, globally-minded, analytical environment is a plus (strategy consulting, investment banking, MBA).
