About the role
We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to take our latest venture to market. As Entrepreneur in Residence, it is your responsibility to define a clear go-to-market strategy, and take ownership of the business development and sales efforts.
Throughout the validation phase, you will receive operational support from both the PLYO Lab and the project team. Our ideal candidate is a proven entrepreneurial executor who can balance the competing demands of testing, learning, and building a business from scratch while also bringing key stakeholders/executives along on the journey.
Responsibilities
• Execute go-to-market efforts
• Be able to balance short term deliverables against the long term goals
• Collaboration with our growth team on B2B lead generation
A mix of some of the following skills, qualifications, and attributes would be ideal
• A proven track record of taking ideas from concept to market
• Hands-on experience in working with B2B customers
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude
• Data-oriented mindset and a driven approach to decision making
• Significant drive, energy, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• A curious mind and a passion for building businesses
• 3+ years experience in a sales role (Founder, Business Development, Sales or similar)
• Native or fluent English.

Role Type:
4-month contract, ASAP - end of June (Possibly an additional seven months)
