Full-stack developer

We are looking for a skilled and task-driven team member to help us create the world's first voice-based community for women.  We are on a mission to end loneliness, helping females to connect, support and inspire each other through their voice. We have an MVP and focused on developing our beta app. Our target is to launch our app in Q2 2021 and to speed up this process we need you!

Developer Responsibilities:

• Developing front- and backend architecture.

• Designing user interactions

• Ensuring cross-platform optimization

• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.

• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.

• Designing and developing APIs.

• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.

Developer Requirements:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Experience of mobile development

• Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, C# and AWS services

• Familiarity with database technology such as MongoDB.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Good problem solving skills.

• Attention to detail.

We expect you to:

You are passionate about software development. You like to code and do it in your free time.  You understand that focus can shift quickly in a startup, so flexibility comes natural to you. You are open to new technologies and trends in software development and learn quickly.  You have at least 3 years experience.

1. Have experience of mobile development (our tech stack is currently built with swift, kotlin, Agora, AWS services)

2. Full stack development, Xcode and Android experience is strongly preferred.

3. Appreciate the early stage being able to work flexible in both time and place

4. Have a problem-solving mindset

5. Have a will to work in a rapidly growing, 24/7 live project.

6. Be organized and take responsibility for your deliverables.

7. Be a team player.

Additional skills: 

• Good English skills (language of communication for the tech team).

• Swedish is desired but not essential. 

• Outspoken in pointing out problems or issues.
