We are a fast growing company, developing, manufacturing and selling innovative strength training equipment to sophisticated customers worldwide. Our users include elite coaches and athletes in professional sports leagues such as the NHL, NBA and the Premier League, as well as renown fitness influencers and leading physiotherapists in over 60 countries worldwide. Our young international team consists of highly competent, open-minded sports scientists, marketeers, engineers, sales professionals and more, with headquarters in Stockholm.


About the Role

On the marketing side, our strong team executes on an ambitious global social media marketing strategy achieving continuous engagement and audience growth on all major platforms, supplemented with search and display advertising. 

To maintain our growth beyond our current mainly professional customers, we need to optimise our funnel and expand audiences while ensuring an attractive return on advertising spend. To manage this, we are now looking to add a new Performance Marketing Manager to our team.

For this specialist role, we believe that you are an experienced and highly analytical person who takes pride in fully understanding and staying up to date on all the details of the modern digital marketing platforms and tools, as well as a relentless drive to understand consumer behaviour to secure superior results.

 

Responsibility

To achieve the right results, we see that your role will include two main areas of responsibility:

 

1. Paid Channels

  • Monitor, optimise and develop continuous campaigns on social and search platforms based on strategy, budget and KPIs

  • Plan and execute new campaigns and research and test new/expanded audiences and keywords based on campaign objectives, in collaboration with key stakeholders in the marketing team

  • Maintain and improve campaign structure and process for increased transparency and efficiency

 

2. Analytics

  • Ensure correct tracking across platforms using tools like UTM links, Google Tag Manager and Search Console, collaborating with the web development team when needed

  • Take responsibility for monitoring our KPI’s throughout the funnel and assist in developing them and defining their long-term targets for growth, in collaboration with key stakeholders

  • Develop reliable conversion reporting and dashboards in Google Analytics and Data Studio based on goals, ecommerce tracking, multi-channel funnels and attribution modeling

  • Utilise the above to advise on optimisation and development opportunities for content production, website development, persona development and strategy


Requirements

We believe that your profile includes:

  • Experience from working successfully in a relevant analytical digital marketing role, with demonstrable results.

  • Thorough professional experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads (search, shopping, display) and Google Analytics and Tag Manager. 

  • Further platform experience is a plus, such as Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search Console, WordPress, WooCommerce, Mailchimp, and Audiense, as is any coding or front-end development experience.

  • Higher education, probably in the crossroads of marketing and engineering.

  • Full business fluency in English. Swedish and further major languages are a plus.

  • An advanced interest in strength training. Work experience from organisations in sports, fitness or physiotherapy is beneficial.

 

This role will give you a broad responsibility in a young organisation, working with a fast growing global market. You will work in close collaboration with the full marketing team, and will have access to the budgets for ads and tools required to back your ideas for driving growth. The company gym is available for you 24/7, and we are located in Mariehäll, Bromma, close to Sundbyberg C and all modes of public transport.
