As Head of Accounting, you handle a wide range of tasks within accounting, reporting, liquidity, and financial management, as well as VAT/tax matters.

As part of a young and flexible fintech company, you have a desire to develop and drive value-creating processes, while keeping an eye on high quality and meeting deadlines. Besides having an open and welcoming personality, you are also responsive in answering your co-workers on mail, phone, and slack.

Through your high professionalism, you ensure a stable operation within the finance function, and at the same time, you are curious about implementing new processes and systems in close collaboration with the company's other departments.

Tasks include:

- Structure of monthly reporting incl. significant KPIs

- Preparation of and ongoing follow-up on forecasts

- Building an efficient BI platform in collaboration with internal IT developers

- General sparring with the management

End of year in collaboration with external audit

You have a financial education e.g. HD-R or cand.merc.aud., And a minimum of 3-5 years from a similar position e.g. as an accountant, controller, or Head of Accounting.

Experience from the fintech industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.

As a person, you are proactive and curious about new solutions. You have the courage and experience to implement new systems and processes.
