We are now looking to expand our team with an Event Coordinator Intern.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the marketing team

• Brainstorm and plan event topics, speakers and sourcing

• Scheduling and keeping close contact with relevant event partners and speakers

• Preparing, executing and following-up on events in person and online

Requirements

• Structured, enjoy managing several projects simultaneously

• Creative, want to be part of ideating new topics and formats as well as improve the current process

• Ownership, will enjoy learning to lead the end-to-end production of events

• Comfortable with a high-paced work environment

• Social

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Plus

• Passion for entrepreneurship and interest in startups and technology

• Experience from studying and working with coordinating events, business, marketing or similar fields
