The position is in Vejle, Denmark. Remote positions will not be considered

Responsibilities 

As a back-end developer, you will help us build the core components of our cloud-native platform for large scale industrial data ingestion and data processing in close cooperation with the rest of our team of developers and data scientists. Your key role will be to develop services in Kotlin which will be deployed in a streaming-oriented microservice architecture running on Kubernetes. You will join a small but growing team, which means you get to take ownership of the full software lifecycle from architectural design, testing, deployment, and maintenance. 

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with programming on the JVM, e.g. in Kotlin, Java, Scala.

• Experience with Spring Boot application development.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Kotlin.

• Building applications using Kafka and Kafka Streams.

• Building cloud-native applications using Kubernetes, e.g. on AWS.

• CI/CD methodology.

• Knowledge of Python.

• Experience with Industrial data analytics.
