Social Media & Broadcast Specialist

Salary NOK 10,000 - NOK 20,000

Become Legends are looking for a Marketing & Broadcast Specialist with a creative mindset for both digital and real life surfaces. In this position your role will be to work with social media and broadcast strategies with focus on Become Legends Fortnite content.


You will be working tightly with the Commercial Director and Talent Manager.

Reports directly to: Commercial Director/CEO


Responsibilities

·         Assist in building a social media plan and executing the implementation of it.

·         Develop concepts for original live broadcast content in collaboration with our team.

·         Work with the creative team to develop a strong brand strategy aligned with our core values.

·         Work with building up our social media channels, primarily Instagram, YouTube and Twitch.

·         Align with the Commercial Director and assure our product is marketable.

·         Align with the talent management team on ensuring proper utilization of our talent and their content.

·         Assist in integrating the Become Legends brand in all public facing activations.

·         Act as point of contact and assist with marketing & broadcast related matters.

·         Ability to copy-write and create marketing/PR content.

·         Undertake market research and watch consumer trends.

·         Be a part of the core team and assist with general input and decisions related to Become Legends from a commercial standpoint.


Requirements

·         A strong understanding of the world of gaming and digital media.

·         Education or pursuing a degree in field related to the job.

·         At least 1 year of related work experience in esports, gaming, media or entertainment.

·         Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong organizational skills.

·         Comfortable with data / analytics to effectively evaluate and report on project success.

·         English and Norwegian language proficiency.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar products.

 

Bonus

·         A gamer at heart and understanding of esports and Twitch/YouTube culture.

·         Experience in brand building.

·         Understanding of the Battle Royale genre and especially Fortnite.

·         Existing social networks in the gaming, esports, media and/or entertainment industry.
