Your Objectives

  • Discover and prioritise the most important customer problems and craft an actionable strategy for solving them.

  • Lead with the product vision, foster a strong sense of purpose and continuously advocate for the customers and users of Braive. 

  • Collaborate closely with business and tech leadership on the strategic direction of the company.

  • Ensure that the product team’s environment has all the conditions necessary to be successful, enabling them to continuously execute and ship, evaluate, learn and grow.

  • Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch including conducting user interviews, facilitating design workshops, defining and planning features, coordinating go-live, evaluating success etc.

  • Support sales, marketing and content teams on topics ranging from brand positioning to product pricing and data analysis.

  • Establish processes for efficient collection and actioning of product feedback.

  • Understand and communicate internally relevant market trends.

  • Take an active role in shaping company culture.


Your Profile

  • You have 3-5 years of professional working experience as a product manager in a technology company.

  • You have demonstrated success launching excellent, consumer-facing products across app and web.

  • You have demonstrated the ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment under a lot of ambiguity.

  • You have a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback to improve your own and your teams performance.

  • You’re not afraid to get into the nitty gritty details, stepping in to provide wireframes, copy or technical solutions as needed. 

  • Experience and/or knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written, and preferably also Swedish.
