Finnish Business Angels Network (FiBAN) is a non-profit association of private investors on a mission to inspire private investments. The network is one of the largest and most active business angel networks in Europe with over 650 approved members. The network's three main activities consist of 1. Matchmaking of startup and investors, 2. Sharing of best practices and 3. Representation of the private investors' interest.

You will join a great team, where we are ambitious, relaxed and learn new things every day. Our office is located in Maria01, the largest tech hub in the Nordics. The role requires somewhat flexibility, as at times there will be evening events to be arranged. For us - flexibility is a two way street.

As a training and development manager at FiBAN your role is to actively develop our member services together with our team, board and members. You are in charge of our educational offering, one of our key activities. In addition, you are responsible for our regional activities and delegation trips. We expect you to be able identify new service areas, critically assess existing features and to be able to deliver visible results.

We expect you to have experience from the startup industry and curiosity and desire to learn the ropes of angel investing inside out. Your educational background can be anything, but typically business school graduates have felt at home here. You don’t shy away from a challenge and are able to stand your ground. It is crucial that you are a problem solver and a doer and can handle pressure well. A great attitude will take you a long way. You must be fluent in English and Finnish. Färdigheter i svenska ses som en fördel.
