WeTal match coders with jobs. We have 600 coders on our platform, and 50 companies ready to match. We need a late co-founder, early employee - that is an all around doer that loves startups. We need to strengthen the team with sales/marketing before talking to investors. If you have a background in recruitment it's a bonus.

Do you want to be a part of a journey, feel ownership and solve real problems? One year has passed at WeTal, we have sales, but is far from done. Now we need you to strengthen the team.

You should have proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or similar to complement a very tech heavy team.

The ideal candidate for this role looks something like this:

• You are an optimist, problem solver and an over-all pleasant person to work with that can bring new knowledge to the team.

• You have probably worked in the startup scene for a while and have built some sort of network. This should not be the first time you hear the word "co working space" :-)

• You are a doer and don't mind getting your hands dirty. Nothing is really "beneath" you.

• You setup goals and reach them. If you don't you evaluate, learn by your mistakes and try again. It's never someone else's fault.

• You feel inspired by the potential of the product and feel motivated to build an amazing company.
