Are you a puppeteer or a master coordinator? Do you like to be an essential link between international agents, customers around the world and us? Then we like you.

Millions of visitors get frustrated every year because they lose their belongings. Faundit turns those frustrations into great experiences for 150 of the biggest hotels in Denmark, Sweden and Germany.

Our partners love us because we save them valuable time and make a messy process seem crisp, helping them service their guests with ease. Now, we are expanding our Danish domination into the global scene, and here a ‘project manager’-like role is a key part in the success. We don’t expect you to be an expert from the start, but we will help you become one.

You could for example be

• Monitoring and reporting on current agents and their performance, including their performance pay.

• Identifying new agent and take charge of the initial screening process and interviews

• Onboard new hotels and provide the best service to hotels and their guests to ensure the success of the agents’ work

• Creating campaigns to optimize on loyalty, onboarding and user statistics

We’ll go nuts if you have experience with or love to

• Find structured ways to keep everyone happy and informed

• Monitor and measure performance and always think of ways to improve

• Challenge yourself with tasks you have not yet mastered; analytics tools, interviews or whatever - we’re here to help.
