I'm looking for a business-minded Co-founder to join Cetopo on a journey of growth across the Nordics and beyond! Cetopo is a very scalable webservice startup, which provides architects with GIS data they both need and want. At the core lies a tech-heavy GIS-backend, providing our customers with a customized product that can be opened directly in their software of choice. This provides massive time savings, better quality data for the customer, and enables them to modernize their workflow.

As a co-founder you would have to be passionate about growing Cetopo as a company. Being a one-man company right now means that Cetopo does not really have a 'culture' or even an office, yet, and we would thus develop these parts together as well.

There are many attributes that would be very valuable for Cetopo right now, making your interest and enthusiasm your most valuable assets. Some requirements

• Positive mindset and can-do attitude

• You give and receive feedback

• Fluent English

• Fluent Finnish or Swedish (both would be great!)

• Some prior experience in something that shows some of your qualities

• Located near Helsinki

Some other attributes that will surely be of use

• Fluent Finnish/Swedish/Norwegian/Danish/Estonian/ any other language

• Located in Helsinki

• Prior experience with direct sales and or b2b marketing

• You have some experience with architects and architecture

• You have some experience with GIS or BIM

• Previous startup-experience

• Storytelling/Writing/Social media experience

• UX design experience

Some things you probably will be doing

• Growing Cetopo by direct sales

• Opening up and developing new markets (Sweden/Norway/Denmark etc..)

• Develop and refine the business model

• Develop our marketing strategy

• Anything else you want to do that would benefit Cetopo
