About the Company
We are based in Finland but operate globally and have clients from all continents. Our biggest market is the US and Canada but we are growing rapidly in Asia and central Europe. We serve clients with sales teams of various sizes and from different industries and what they all share is the aim of making their sales organizations as efficient as possible.
Our solution, Salestrail, consists of an app aimed towards boosting sales productivity and a dashboard for sales management. In brief, the app drives salespeople's´ performance and tracks all their sales activities to their CRM.
About the role
The Client Success Manager role is an entry-level position which involves implementing Salestrail to our existing clients. You will be conducting meetings with our customers, consulting them in how to use Salestrail and training the end users in how to use the solution. You will also be responsible for first line support on email, chat and phone and be doing demo videos on how to use the different features of the app (no technical skills on how to make videos needed). You will also be responsible for renewing the clients and identifying new use cases for the solution and new teams within our client organisations that could be interested in the solution.
As our clients are from various different industries, and we work with companies and organisations of all shapes and sizes you’ll expand your business acumen and learn a lot. You will be responsible for the entire after-sales process, from on-boarding, to supporting them throughout the license period, growing the account and renewing them when the time comes! The role can be built based on your experience and skills and our goal is to facilitate your professional growth, allowing you to take on more responsibilities once you are ready for them.

At a minimum, you will need:
A Client focused mindset
Excellent social skills. You will be the face of our company among our clients
Genuine interest in B2B sales and business.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree
Native or fluent English.
We also value:
Previous experience working in sales or with account management
Ambitious internships or relevant professional experience
International experience (academic, personal or professional)
All language skills are seen as a + (especially Finnish, French, German, Spanish)

Salary Structure: Monthly salary based on the experience of the applicant.
