Do you want to work with one of the largest game studios in Norway? Pineleaf Studio consists of artists, developers and entrepreneurs with both broad and deep knowledge of the international gaming industry. If you want to influence the next big Norwegian games and future game-tech, this is your chance. You will be starting as a business developer in the administrative team of Pineleaf Studio, working on the award winning concept DwarfHeim.

Responsibilities

You will be working closely with the CEO and admin team, as well as marketing and the other team leaders. You will, together with the admin team, sit down and decide your main tasks and focus points in weekly meetings, which means you can greatly influence what you want to work on.

This can include:

• Accounting - Documentation and communication with accountant

• Business development - Improved organization, communication and routines

• Finance - Update budget, pay bills and secure additional funding

• HR - Improve work environment and grow the team

• Investor relations - Networking and communicating with existing and new investors

• Marketing - Planning and executing marketing for DwarfHeim and Pineleaf Studio

• Projects - Plan, organize and coordinate projects

• Testing - Organize and execute local and international testing of DwarfHeim

We don't expect you to have knowledge in all of the tasks mentioned above, but we do expect you to be driven and eager to learn. We also expect you to have relevant education (or already studying relevant education). Work experience including startup experience from other industries can compensate as experience. Being interested in games and the game industry is also important.

Required competence

• At least two years of education in business administration or other relevant programs.

• Lack of relevant education can be compensated by experience and “drive”.
