The role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive management in the successful operation and development of Seaborg. You will act as the CEO's right hand and will be handling activities that span day-today operations, business administration, planning, HR and internal operation, culture preservation, representation with corporate and policy stakeholders, and more. You must be able to act proactively to ensure the sustainable growth of a fast scaling company and an international mindset and multicultural adaptivity will be needed, as well as a structured approach to creating order in a high pace, high stakes environment.
