We are seeking a highly-motivated human to join our purpose-driven IMPACTR team to help us drive sustainability impact!

Our Marketing & Social Media Manager will work closely with the IMPACTR team to lead, develop, produce, implement and manage the digital marketing and social media scope, reporting to the CMO.

We are flexible in terms of how you want to work and what hours you can put it, so we´d love to hear from you on how we can make this work together!

This role will help shape and bring IMPACTR´s brand to life online and put IMPACTR on the world map as THE universal destination for sustainability and positive impact. We have an idea of what we would like the role to be, but we are also very open-minded to you presenting to us your own job description for how you think you can best contribute to this vision with some or a combination of the following attributes and responsibilities.

This person will have demonstrated experience and know the techniques to drive online growth, and they will help craft an integrated communications strategy to drive engagement and advocacy with our social feeds. You be instrumental in shaping and implementing plans to build and deliver positive media, partner and customer perceptions.

At IMPACTR we care about not only change-making, but especially authenticity in our messaging. We recognise that impact solutions are local, and we think-global but act-local. We are conscious about making sure local contexts are considered for our world-wide audiences, and this is where we want to be ahead of the social trends by fostering niche communities and localised engagements as well as prioritising quality over quantity.

Innovation is an absolute priority for us and this key role in our startup is to creatively collaborate to develop and build a massive online presence of IMPACTR. Think radical but relatable, we are exploring new paradigms to create the cutting edge of positive change in social media.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Devising and implementing strategies with the CMO to drive growth across the social media platforms as well as drive online traffic to the IMPACTR app and website including SEO.  
• Collaborate with the Design & User Experience team members on design topics such as the IMPACTR app and website, as well as utilising innovative design tactics on our social feeds.
• Contribute by sourcing, creating, writing, editing and optimising posts across web and social platforms
• Grow and manage IMPACTR´s online communities
• Apply analytics, for example in tracking of conversion rates and other value-metrics to optimise for maximum results, and will report on these to the CMO continuously. 

You are in tune with the latest technologies and capabilities out there for digital marketing and social media optimisation, and as part of building this social revolution together, you will actively bring your ideas forward and always be curious.  

You will be passionate about continuously researching and utilising the latest ideas, critical thoughts and innovations in your field to keep IMPACTR ahead of trends and at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and social media.
