TrademarkNow provides an intelligent web-based trademark management platform that is used by enterprise companies, law firms, and branding agencies for instant trademark search. Our product is used by some of the biggest brand owners in the world like Google, Microsoft, Unilever, MasterCard, and Rovio. Currently we have our headquarter in Finland and offices in Ireland and US employing about 40 people.

At the moment we are looking for a Content Writer to strengthen our Marketing team. You would be working with our skilful Marketing team that consists of a Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant and two Designers. Our Marketing team is located in Helsinki. Preferably you would be able to locate in Helsinki as well, but we are also open for remote work possibilities. We also have offices in Ireland and USA if those locations would fit you better.

In this role you will work with our Marketing team creating content across all channels. You have the experience to manage different written styles across the channels to include print and online. You will work closely with our Marketing team to execute a content production plan for print and web. You are highly detail oriented with proven experience creating ideas and content.

In this position, you will be:

• Developing and creating thought leadership blog content for trademarks and legal tech
• Developing a month-to-month blog content plan
• Creating engaging website copy for standard pages and various campaign landing pages
• Creating other content assets, such as ebooks, white papers, webinars and videos
• Creating support content for other departments when needed
• Providing occasional support in marketing tasks

To succeed in this position we hope you have:

• Demonstrated experience in content writing
• Native and professional English (spoken/written)
• Law degree or some background in law
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Superior attention to detail and creative by nature
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a team
