Working with our two global consumer brands Nordgreen and MessyWeekend you will be responsible for answering customer queries via Zendesk (knowledge to the platform is not a must), Facebook Messenger, handling other customer inquiries, reviews and much more! You will be reporting to our Head of Customer Service.
Handling overflow contacts from the all over the world in collaboration with our Head of Customer Service and Country Managers;
