We’re looking for an exceptionally talented and motivated frontend developer to help us redefine the way organizations repair products, making AI-guided troubleshooting as accessible as electricity. Here at Mavenoid, we’re building a human-friendly, intelligent troubleshooting system to help people find the cause of technical problems and fix them. Our platform is used by large enterprises to repair everything from robotic lawn mowers to trucks.
We’re looking for an exceptional frontend developer with visual design and/or UX sensibilities. You will help us kill the troubleshooting manual, and reimagine the way people repair machines. You should love working on hard problems and be able to build a version 1 of almost anything in a week.
The founders are ex-Google, ex-Palantir, and experts in statistical machine learning and machine diagnosis. You’ll own the frontend of one of our applications, working closely with the founders to create a new product category (troubleshooting-as-a-service).
Implement and invent new user interfaces - and continuously improve our existing ones
Solve hard HMI problems, such as making a human troubleshooter faster and more accurate
Work closely with the other founders to make new features in the machine learning platform come alive for users
Innovate on ways Mavenoid makes troubleshooting as accessible as electricity
You are a JavaScript hacker and have tinkered with a subset of {React, Angular, Vue}.
You have built valuable and usable user interfaces things that you can show us
You can solve a wide breadth of problems in much more direct or elegant ways than most
You are able to learn new concepts and technologies on a weekly basis
Bonus: You have some experience with Python and/or Docker
Bonus: You are strong at visual design and/or UX design
Bonus: Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop
